Movers Package Guarantee:

To qualify for the special Mover’s Offer, you must be a current or former ADT customer who has had active ADT contract monitored service for two years (24 months), and your ADT account must be in good standing, or have been in good standing when you left ADT. Offer valid for two (2) years following cancellation of ADT service in your prior home. 36-month monitoring contract required at the then-prevailing monthly monitoring rate (24-month in CA). ADT may substitute a comparable home security system. Local permit fees may be required. Proof of home ownership required. Additional fees required for some services. All relocation credits are only valid toward installation charge of new equipment. Credits may not be applied for any other purpose. Financing:

Requires retail installment agreement. Financing available for equipment and installation costs only. Financing available for well-qualified borrowers at 0% Annual Percentage Rate for a minimum of $599 up to a max limit of $5,000 (up to 2 jobs). First payment due upon equipment installation and subsequent payments in equal monthly installments for the term selected (excluding any applicable fines and service charge increases). 12, 24, 36, & 60-month terms available. Longer terms require additional credit qualifications. Full remaining balance for equipment and installation due immediately upon termination of the related ADT services for ADT-provided financing. Late Charge – ADT may impose a one-time charge on each payment that is more than ten (10) days past due, up to the maximum amount permitted by law, but in no event will this amount exceed $5.00. Prepayment – If prepayments are made, there is no penalty or refund. Financing is not available in all geographic regions and Puerto Rico.

Theft Protection Guarantee:

Customer may receive reimbursement of up to five hundred dollars ($500) of Customer’s homeowner’s insurance deductible (if any) if, and only if, ALL requirements for Theft Protection Guarantee are met to ADT’s reasonable satisfaction. Customer must request reimbursement within 60 days of property loss. Request must be mailed to ADT and include: Theft Protection Guarantee certificate signed by Customer, a letter from Customer requesting reimbursement, a copy of the police report, and a copy of the accepted insurance claim. ADT reserves the right to reject any application for reimbursement that does not comply with all of the requirements.

ADT Money-Back Guarantee:

Money-back guarantee only applies after ADT has made attempts to resolve a system-related issue and has not been able to resolve that issue within the first six (6) months of your contract. Equipment must be fully removed before a refund will be processed. Conditions preventing normal system operation cannot be caused by the customer.

Homeowner's Insurance Savings:

Some insurance companies offer discounts on homeowner’s insurance. Please consult your insurance company.

Interactive Services:

ADT Command Interactive Solutions Services (“ADT Command”) helps you manage your home environment and family lifestyle. Requires purchase of an ADT alarm system with 36-month monitoring contract ranging from $45.99-$59.99/mo. with QSP (24-month monitoring contract in California, total fees ranging $1,103.76-$1,439.76), enrollment in ADT EasyPay, and a compatible device with Internet and email access. These interactive services do not cover the operation or maintenance of any household equipment/systems that are connected to the ADT Command equipment. All ADT Command services are not available with all interactive service levels. All ADT Command services may not be available in all geographic areas. You may be required to pay additional charges to purchase equipment required to utilize the interactive service features you desire.

Overtime rates apply for service after-hours service calls. In the event that an ADT technician is required to visit your premises, ADT will charge an on-site assessment fee of $59 per visit. Resales:

QSP is ADT’s extended limited warranty plan. Labor and replacement parts covered for ADT installed equipment only.
